Mga Ugali ng Tao na Kailangang Itreat mo Accordingly

9 types of people who never succeed at work

  • Emotional intelligence is important at work.
  • The lack of emotional intelligence takes different forms in people.
  • From the coward to the shortchanged to the victim to the apologizer, study these personality types to avoid becoming one of them.

Experience and knowledge are rapidly losing their relevance to success in the workplace.
Harvard economist David Deming studied workplace tasks from 1980 to the present day and found that those that emphasize social skills grew by a whopping 24%, while tasks requiring technical know-how and intelligence experienced little growth. Deming also found that salaries increased the most for jobs that place extra emphasis on social skills.
With the increasing emphasis on social skills, those who lack them stand out like a zebra in a field of horses. We all know the types: the person who won’t stop talking when you’re trying to meet a deadline, the one who blatantly takes credit for your ideas, or the one who callously leaves you to pull an all-nighter to fix their mistake.
The list goes on.
There are a lot of otherwise intelligent people out there who can’t stop shooting themselves in the foot. Sadly, their lack of self-awareness and social skills are massive detriments to their careers.
Social skills and self-awareness are matters of emotional intelligence (EQ), and TalentSmart’s research with over a million people has shown that emotional intelligence is responsible for 58% of job performance. Those who lack emotional intelligence are at a significant disadvantage.
There are certain types of people whose lack of emotional intelligence harms their careers more than others.
By studying them, you can avoid becoming one of them, and, if your reading experience is anything like my writing experience, you’ll see bits of yourself in some of these profiles.
Use that knowledge to build your self-awareness, make adjustments, and grow as a person.

The coward

Fear is an extremely powerful motivator. This is why presidential candidates tell people that their opponent will “destroy the economy” and advertisements warn that “smoking kills.” In the workplace, people overcome by fear resort to irrational and damaging behavior. Cowardly colleagues are quick to blame others and to cover up important mistakes, and they fail to stand up for what is right.

The dementor

In J. K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series, Dementors are evil creatures that suck people’s souls out of their bodies, leaving them merely as shells of humans. Whenever a Dementor enters the room, it goes dark and cold and people begin to recall their worst memories. Rowling said that she developed the concept for Dementors based on highly negative people—the kind of people who have the ability to walk into a room and instantly suck the life out of it. Dementors suck the life out of the room by imposing their negativity and pessimism upon everyone they encounter. Their viewpoints are always glass half empty, and they can inject fear and concern into even the most benign situations.

The arrogant

Arrogant people are a waste of your time because they see everything you do as a personal challenge. Arrogance is false confidence, and it always masks major insecurities. A University of Akron study found that arrogance is correlated with a slew of problems in the workplace. Arrogant people tend to be lower performers and more disagreeable and to have more cognitive problems than the average person.

The group-thinker

Group-thinkers choose the path of least resistance and are famous for propagating the “this is how we’ve always done it” mentality. If you find yourself getting brainwashed with what everyone else believes, be careful; the status quo never leads to greatness.

The short-changed

The short-changed are quick to blame their lack of accomplishment on a lack of opportunity. While a lucky break may put a little wind in a successful person’s sails, they got where they are through hard work. What the short-changed don’t realize is that their attitude is what’s short-changing them, not their circumstances.

The temperamental

Some people have absolutely no control over their emotions. They will lash out at you and project their feelings onto you, all the while thinking that you’re the one causing their malaise. Temperamental people perform poorly because their emotions cloud their judgment and their lack of self-control destroys their relationships. Be wary of temperamental people; when push comes to shove they will use you as their emotional toilet.

The victim

Victims are tough to identify because you initially empathize with their problems. But, as time passes, you begin to realize that their “time of need” is all the time. Victims actively push away any personal responsibility by making every speed bump they encounter into an uncrossable mountain. They don’t see tough times as opportunities to learn and grow from; instead, they see them as an out.

The gullible

You can’t help but feel sorry for the gullible type. They’re the ones who find themselves babysitting the boss’s kids the morning after pulling a late night of work . . . on a Sunday! For whatever reason, gullible people (often newbies) go with the flow until the gentle river becomes a tumultuous ocean. It’s okay to negotiate your salary, it’s okay to say no, and it’s okay to question the way things are done. You’ll earn a lot more respect if you stand up for yourself when the time is right.

The apologizer

For every person out there who owes an apology, there’s another who apologizes too often. People who lack confidence are always apologizing for their ideas and actions. They fear failure and believe that apologizing will act as a safety net. Instead, unnecessary apologies cheapen their ideas and make them less likely to stick. It’s important that your tone of voice and body language reflect the importance of your ideas. Stating an idea or opinion as a question is just as bad as apologizing. If you really believe something is worth sharing, then own it and share it with confidence.

Bringing it all together

None of these behaviors are a career death sentence because they can be eradicated through improved emotional intelligence. All it takes is a little self-awareness and a strong desire to change.

Jack Ma Chinese Billionaire Nagbahagi Paano Niya Narating ang Tagumpay

What Jack Ma taught Filipinos about Dreams, Success and the Internet

By Go Negosyo, October 26th, 2017
Alibaba Group Founder & Executive Chairman Jack Ma.
Alibaba Group Founder & Executive Chairman Jack Ma.
No entrepreneur from this side of the globe has had as much of an influence in the minds and hearts of the world as Alibaba founder and global business icon, Jack Ma.
After an awarding ceremony by the De La Salle University, wherein Ma received an honorary Doctor of Science degree on Technopreneurship, Ma immediately engaged in a moderated forum with a room full of students and select entrepreneurs from the country.
Charismatic as always, Jack Ma didn’t hold back on imparting sage advice and insights that left many who witnessed the event either live or online, inspired. Ma’s storied journey of fighting tooth and nail for his dream and becoming one of the richest and most influential in the world today is one that every Filipino looks up to.
Growing up in China, Ma shared to the students that, many times in his life, he failed at what he wanted. He failed many times in school, and failed to get into the universities he targeted (he applied and got rejected from Harvard 10 times!), and even got rejected when he applied to work in KFC. He also didn’t know what he wanted to do after college—something a lot of students could resonate with. But Ma deeply encouraged the students to go for their dreams.
Jack Ma shared his insights on Money, Market, and Mentorship during the segment moderated by PA Joey Concepcion.
Jack Ma shared his insights on Money, Market, and Mentorship during the segment moderated by PA Joey Concepcion.
“Be simple. Stay foolish with your dreams, and no matter what, keep running,” Ma said. Many Filipinos today feel as though the dreams they want to achieve are too unrealistic or impossible in the current climate of our society. However, Ma teaches Filipinos that dreams are meant to be shared, not be selfishly pursued—contrary to the Filipino ‘crab mentality.’
“If it is your dream, you can never go that far. But if it’s a group’s dream, you can go much further.”
However, beyond dreaming, Jack Ma insists that one must be willing to put in the work, sacrifice and patience.
“When you have a dream, you have to think of the bad side of the dream very clearly. Think of what you will give up,” Ma said. He added “if you think it’s about three years you need to be successful, prepare for about 10 years. If you think you have about five years to succeed, prepare for 15 years. And if you think you need 10 years, you might succeed in eight years. You should have a long preparation, determination.”
In a world of instant-everything, there is truly one thing people shouldn’t take shortcuts with—working towards their goals. Ma posited that there are truly many different reasons why people succeed, but people fail for many of the same reasons. So, we Filipinos must always becomes students of life. “The priority whether you want to study or work is the same: learning,” Ma said, “A lot of people leave school then go do business. They say Bill Gates succeeded. There is only one Bill Gates. Don’t do that.”
So, what how do we succeed?
Ma believe that it takes a great combination of three quotients— EQ (emotional), IQ (intelligence) and LQ (love). “If you want to be successful, you have to have great EQ. No matter how smart you are, if you never know how to with people you will never succeed.”
However, beyond mere personal matters, Ma also exposed a lot of our societal woes. Ma said that the Philippines’ internet is “no good” and called on both the public and private sector to change this. He insists on this as he sees the internet as the gateway to solving important problems when it comes to access to money in the country—an integral part of poverty alleviation. “Philippines has the opportunity to make the world’s best fintech in the world, because you have so many mobile phones, more than 7,000 islands. We should make Philippines a cashless society. When you have a cashless society, there is no corruption. Life is easier.”
Lastly, Ma wants those who are afraid of technology and the changes it brings, specifically to traditional business owners, to adapt and change. Technology aims to make everything more accessible to everyone, and if traditional business owners don’t keep up, they will risk being left behind. And to those who are already investing in technology, don’t just go into it because it seems important, have a reason behind it. After all, in the words of Ma, “Its not the technology that changes the world, its the dream behind technology that does”

Parating ang Pagkaubos ng Pagkain, Magtanin sa inyong mga Bukirin

Are we running out of food for the future?

Millions of people around the world currently suffer from hunger, and this number is set to increase with various foreseeable threats to food security in future. What are these risks and how can they be mitigated?

The figures for world hunger are staggering. As of 2016, as many as 815 million people in the world go hungry every day, up from 777 million in 2015. Out of this total, 520 million reside in Asia.
Food security is achieved when people have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food at all times to meet their dietary needs for a healthy life.
Although food security is a multi-dimensional issue, it is primarily caused by poverty, roughly defined as those who make less than US$1.90 a day. Rural households in developing countries tend to be the most heavily burdened by poverty as they spend the highest proportions of their income on food or are not able to afford it at all.
International organisations and various countries have attempted to solve the problem with initiatives such as the Millennium Development Goals, which have now been superseded by the Sustainable Development Goals that pledge to reduce the rates of hunger drastically. However, with growing global populations, food insecurity could rise over the next few decades if food production does not keep up with increasing demand.

Threats to the world’s food production

In Asia alone, there will likely be 5.3 billion people by 2050, which would require a 70 per cent increase in food production. However, whether output will be able to keep up with demand is questionable, as there are several interlinked factors that threaten the world’s ability to produce the necessary amounts of food.
Climate change
It is now common knowledge that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions have dramatically increased the amount of atmospheric carbon dioxide, which in turn is expected to cause global surface temperatures to increase by one to four degrees Celsius by 2100.
Some of the predicted effects of climate change which we are already witnessing are more intense heat waves, rising sea levels and changing rainfall patterns. This means that coastal and low-lying areas in Asia where agriculture plays a crucial role, such as Thailand, will especially be at risk of flooding.
Additionally, there appears to be an increase in the frequency of extreme weather incidents. India, for example, has seen both rising temperatures leading to droughts and increased rainfall resulting in floods, all of which affect crops and leave farmers struggling to adapt. It is estimated that 59,000 Indian farmer suicides over the past 30 years can be attributed to climate change.
Paradoxically, agricultural processes themselves contribute at least a fifth of GHG emissions. However, studies have shown that such emissions can potentially be reduced through existing technologies and best practices such as improved fertiliser management.
Lower agricultural productivity
Economic structural transformation in Asia has also seen a shrinkage of the agricultural sector. Although the reallocation of resources from agriculture towards other industries has led to economic growth in developing countries, it means that there is a rapidly declining share of agriculture in gross domestic product.
Additionally, agricultural productivity can be affected due to improper farming practices such as poor water utilisation or the use of chemical fertiliser which affects soil productivity in the long run.
As crop yields are further expected to drop due to climate change, problems of agricultural productivity need to be addressed to ensure that food production keeps up with population growth. Lower agricultural output would affect food supply globally, with increasing food prices potentially causing market instability.
Overexploitation of natural resources
Over the last 40 years, natural resources in Asia have faced increased degradation. This has occurred due to deforestation, inappropriate agricultural practices, unsustainable groundwater extraction and industrial development, among many other factors. Growing populations and ineffective governance or weak institutions have merely exacerbated this.
In China, arable land has dwindled due to erosion, while in Vietnam and Thailand, intensive farming has led to a rapid decline in agricultural soil quality. Such land degradation will have repercussions on food security.
Given the current statistics on the matter, the outlook seems grim. However, the situation may not be as grave as some sources make it out to be.

Is doomsday really approaching?

The realities of food security threats were discussed in an interview with Cecilia Tortajada, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Water Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
Although food insecurity is likely to increase, developed economies such as Singapore or Hong Kong are likely to be less affected, according to Tortajada. They will have the capacity to continue importing adequate amounts of food, even at heightened prices. Compared to rural populations in developing countries, the types of food consumed in higher-income countries are more diverse, while existing systems ensure that the food is safe to consume.
Tortajada believes that much of the anxiety surrounding food security arises from media speculation and representation. When the 2011 floods in Thailand occurred, the press focused on the huge amounts of paddy fields that were damaged. Ultimately, however, exports were not affected. If cities are prepared, it is unlikely that they will experience any drastic changes in food supply.
However, Tortajada added that those who will be most affected are people in poorer developing countries, especially communities which rely on certain agricultural products as their staple food. With potential price hikes due to increased demand, there will be many who may be unable to afford sufficient food.

Moving towards sustainable agricultural development

At the core of managing food security is the need to develop a system of sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agricultural development improves resource efficiency, strengthens resilience and secures social equity in agriculture and food systems in order to ensure adequate nutritious food for everyone. Here are four ways this can be done.
  1. Include small farmers in modern processes
One important method of achieving sustainable agricultural development is to involve small farmers in modern agricultural value chains. In line with structural transformation, small farmers can increase productivity and evolve from subsistence farming to commercially oriented farming if they are offered access to credit and training.
Given that 45 per cent of Asia’s population depends on small farms for their livelihoods, allowing them to participate in agricultural value chains could make a huge difference to rural poverty.
  2. Invest in agricultural research
Studies have shown that investing in agricultural research leads to large economic payoffs. However, agricultural research requires prolonged commitment from both the public and private sectors. Researching and investing in holistic approaches such as agroecology and climate-smart agriculture may also offer solutions.
  3. Cut down food loss in the supply chain
Food loss in the production system also needs to be addressed. An estimated one-third of total food production is discarded as food loss and waste. Though the food waste in medium- and high-income countries is largely due to consumer behaviour, food loss in developing countries happens during the production process. This occurs due to inadequate mechanisms for harvest, storage and transport. Therefore, strengthening the supply chain by providing suitable infrastructure and investing in transport is crucial to food security.
  4. Ensure water security
Tortajada also recommended improving water security. She explained that there are many countries in Asia that do not have enough storage capabilities. By developing infrastructure to store water, countries will be more prepared for possible irregular rainfall.
Additionally, there is a need to create systems to manage surface water and groundwater more efficiently. Countries such as India face the problem of water scarcity due to over-extraction of groundwater. By creating an efficient system, countries can maintain a steady water supply for agricultural production.
Tortajada also pointed out that in many instances, water may be available but become contaminated due to pollution. Ensuring water quality is therefore as important as securing water quantity.
Tackling food security needs to be a global effort. Organisations such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation and the United Nations are urgently looking into implementing various strategies such as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Ultimately, governments need to look into long-term strategies that balance food supply, price management and welfare of the poor. To achieve this, leaders need to craft appropriate policies that are flexible enough to adapt to constantly changing circumstances. Only then can they guarantee the fundamental human right of food security for all.

Mindset Is the Key, Dating Pobring Janitor Naging Sikat na Success Motivator

  • Tony Robbins grew up poor with a troubled childhood.
  • At 17, he spent a week's pay on a Jim Rohn seminar.
  • Rohn helped Robbins develop a coaching style that made him famous by his mid-20s.
Tony Robbins is the world's premiere "performance coach," a job that entails selling out stadiums with life coaching seminars and serving as a sort of leadership consultant to clients like billionaire investor Paul Tudor Jones and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. It's also a career path he carved out for himself.
Business Insider recently met Robbins at his Fiji resort Namale, where he was hosting the winners of the Shopify Build a Bigger Business competition.
In a wide-ranging podcast interview — which you can listen to below — he told us how spending his paycheck on a seminar at 17 set him on a path to developing a multi-billion dollar empire.

Listen to the whole episode and subscribe for more Success!

Robbins grew up in North Hollywood, the oldest of three siblings. Their mother was addicted to drugs and alcohol and was physically abusive, Robbins told us, "and I had to protect my brother and sister, so I became a practical psychologist just out of necessity."
He said that he attended schools that may not have catered to wealthy families, but where he was still clearly one of the students from "the wrong side of the tracks." He said that by the time he was a junior in high school, he became fixated on the question of what separated the haves from the have-nots, the popular kids from the outcasts, and so on.
At 17, Robbins worked as a janitor after school and helped people move on the weekends to make money to help out his family. He told us that on one of these moves, he was taking a break when he asked the landlord on site, who was a family friend: "My dad said you used to be such a loser, and how come you're so successful now?"
"Only a kid can say that stuff," Robbins said with a laugh, "and the guy looks at me and goes, 'Your dad said what?'"
The man told him that he started to turn his life around after going to a Jim Rohn seminar, which he described as "a man takes everything he's learned in 20, 30 years of his life, and he pours it into like four hours."
Robbins asked if the landlord could get him into an upcoming seminar for free, to which the landlord said he could but wouldn't, since Robbins wouldn't value it. Robbins was making $40 a week, and a ticket to the seminar was $35.

"I made this big decision to spend a week's pay to go to this event, and I sat there and I was mesmerized," Robbins said. "And that's what started the game for me."

Rohn was a marketer who was nudged into pursuing his penchant for public speaking full time in his 30s. Inspired by his former boss, the entrepreneur John Earl Shoaff, Rohn developed a leadership philosophy and a speaking series around it.
The particularly American brand of self-improvement took off during and after the Great Depression with the writers Napoleon Hill ("Think and Grow Rich") and Dale Carnegie ("How to Win Friends & Influence People"), and Rohn carried on the tradition, with maxims like "True happiness is not contained in what you get; happiness is gained by what you become."
When Robbins met Rohn, he had been giving these personal development speeches to executives and employees at Standard Oil. Robbins found Rohn's approach captivating, and it captured what he was trying to get from life at that point in his life.
Robbins approached Rohn to work for him and soon became his protégé. Robbins developed a high energy, more personalized version of what Rohn did that was also more influenced by theories from behavioral psychology he studied. Robbins honed his approach on the road through hundreds of seminars across North America, and by the time he was 26, he was a millionaire with a bestselling book.
In a video tribute to Rohn after Rohn's death in 2009, Robbins said it all began with his mentor. "He gave me a way of looking at life that allowed me to not ask life to be easier, but to ask that I be better. He got me to realize that the secret to life was to work harder on myself than my job or anything else, because then I'd have something to give people. And he really shaped me."
---- ---- ---- ----- ---- ----- ---- ----- ----- --- --

11 Signs That Indicate That You Should Quit Your Job

BORN RELIST      AUGUST 17, 2017

A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. Quitting your job for no apparent reason might sound absurd to you, and that is why we’ve compiled 11 signs that will indicate when you should quit your job. In case you’ve been seeing any of these signs lately, you might want to read this article and take quitting your job seriously.

YOU DON’T EXPERIENCE GROWTH

It’s easy to get stuck in situations that require more effort and dedication from you and getting stuck at a job that you really like might be usual for you. But you should know its time to quit your job when you can’t see yourself growing or your job is not adding value to your employment anymore.
If you keep repeating the same thing every day and are not learning and growing in life, then you might want to consider second options.

YOU HATE GOING TO WORK

Waking up every morning and dreading going to work is another sign you should quit your job. It’s time you evaluate your choices. Think deep and try to comprehend why exactly you don’t want to go to work today? Are you tired of the office politics? Is it the monotonous culture or a fellow employee? Finding the reason might help you make the situation better. Discussing the problem with your boss might make things easier for you; if not then you can always quit your job and work in a friendlier environment.

YOU’RE BORED OF THE ROUTINE

A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. Quitting your job for no apparent reason might sound absurd to you, and that is why we’ve compiled 11 signs that will indicate when you should quit your job. In case you’ve been seeing any of these signs lately, you might want to read this article and take quitting your job seriously.

YOUR COMPANY DOESN’T INVEST IN YOU

Engaging with employees is important and all organizations need to consider this seriously. A monthly dinner, a good ERM department maintains good relationships with employees and gives executives a chance to get to know and look into the matters of their employees.
Most organizations take a keen interest in the development and growth of their employees and provide special facilities to meet their requirements. If you think your organization is lacking in any of these matters, its time you take a stand and speak up. If that doesn’t work out then don’t hesitate to quit your job and find a one that invests in its employees.

MONEY ON YOUR MIND, YOUR MIND ON MONEY

It’s a fact that we all work to earn money and fulfill our necessities, but if money is all you are concerned with, then there is a chance you are not being paid enough. If you’ve been working at the same company for years, then you can discuss your pay with the HR department and request them for a raise or simply evaluate your performance. If your workload and pay are not directly proportional and the company takes no interest in raising the wages then you should seriously look into your choices and quit your job.

YOUR COMPANY IS FACING FINANCIAL CRISIS

Some people might want to stay with their organization at the time of crisis to prove their loyalty to it. However, remember your job security is also important. If your company is financially unstable then your job is already at risk. It’s better to quit your job at the right time than drown in the flood. Always keep your alternatives ready, so you could utilize them in critical situations.

YOU DON’T HAVE TIME FOR YOURSELF

If you’re constantly working late hours, going home to find your family asleep at night and leaving home early when they’re asleep, then you immediately need to quit your job and find a one that provides flexible timings so at least you can spend quality time with your friends and family. Because at the end of the day, what’s the point of earning when you can’t spend it on yourself or your loved ones?

YOU HAVE TRUST ISSUES (QUIT YOUR JOB)

quit your job
If you smell something fishy happening under the desks of your office, you might want to consider it seriously and report it to your subordinates. If you’re concerned with the conduct and ethics of your company and have a bad vibe regarding the work in your company then I suggest you quit your job without thinking twice.
You’ve got to be loyal to the profession that provides your family’s bread and butter and if your fellow employees and boss can’t understand that, then you need to cut ties with them.

YOU DON’T SEE YOURSELF IN THE COMPANY’S FUTURE

A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. Quitting your job for no apparent reason might sound absurd to you, and that is why we’ve compiled 11 signs that will indicate when you should quit your job. In case you’ve been seeing any of these signs lately, you might want to read this article and take quitting your job seriously.

YOUR BOSS IS GIVING YOU HELL

quit your job
A majority of the people don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses. Your boss’s attitude doesn’t only affect your work routine; in fact, it affects many other aspects of your life too. A good boss serves as a mentor and should be investing in the growth and development of its employees. Whereas, a horrible boss can make work hell for you and If you can’t break through your him, then you should quit your job and save yourself the misery.

YOU’RE NOT APPRECIATED

August 8, 2017  Mindanao Economic Boom
SURIGAO CITY– After the long due plan to revive mining operations in Nonoc, Surigao City, Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc., a conglomerate of San Miguel Corporation has now finally set a schedule for the possible construction of $1.5 Billion nickel processing plant in 2018.
During the Top Frontier Holdings’ Annual Stockhohlders’ Meeting last July 12, 2017, Ramon Ang, president of San Miguel Corporation said that the feasibility study of the proposed plant is ongoing and would be completed before the end of 2017.
“We are now finalizing the feasibility study of the project then the financial study. If the results are positive, we will go for financing and probably start construction by next year,” Ramon Ang said.
Along with the $1.5 Billion nickel processing plant, a 600 megawatt power plant is also proposed near Nonoc mining area to cater the need of energy for the processing plant as well as the host province.
The proposed processing plant is sought to be one of perennial solutions to exporting problem of unprocessed raw minerals of the Philippines. With having this, the country will no longer bring soils abroad to process raw nickels. The processing of nickel minerals is now possible in home.
Once the mining operation is resurged, Surigao City could accumulate an income of around P1 Billion per annum from this activity alone. Plus the city’s income of around P700 million in 2017, it could make the city’s annual income higher than the income of some HUCs in Mindanao. – MEB Admin CARAGA
