A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. Quitting your job for no apparent reason might sound absurd to you, and that is why we’ve compiled 11 signs that will indicate when you should quit your job. In case you’ve been seeing any of these signs lately, you might want to read this article and take quitting your job seriously.

YOU DON’T EXPERIENCE GROWTH

It’s easy to get stuck in situations that require more effort and dedication from you and getting stuck at a job that you really like might be usual for you. But you should know its time to quit your job when you can’t see yourself growing or your job is not adding value to your employment anymore.
If you keep repeating the same thing every day and are not learning and growing in life, then you might want to consider second options.

YOU HATE GOING TO WORK

Waking up every morning and dreading going to work is another sign you should quit your job. It’s time you evaluate your choices. Think deep and try to comprehend why exactly you don’t want to go to work today? Are you tired of the office politics? Is it the monotonous culture or a fellow employee? Finding the reason might help you make the situation better. Discussing the problem with your boss might make things easier for you; if not then you can always quit your job and work in a friendlier environment.

YOU’RE BORED OF THE ROUTINE

A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. Quitting your job for no apparent reason might sound absurd to you, and that is why we’ve compiled 11 signs that will indicate when you should quit your job. In case you’ve been seeing any of these signs lately, you might want to read this article and take quitting your job seriously.

YOUR COMPANY DOESN’T INVEST IN YOU

Engaging with employees is important and all organizations need to consider this seriously. A monthly dinner, a good ERM department maintains good relationships with employees and gives executives a chance to get to know and look into the matters of their employees.
Most organizations take a keen interest in the development and growth of their employees and provide special facilities to meet their requirements. If you think your organization is lacking in any of these matters, its time you take a stand and speak up. If that doesn’t work out then don’t hesitate to quit your job and find a one that invests in its employees.

MONEY ON YOUR MIND, YOUR MIND ON MONEY

It’s a fact that we all work to earn money and fulfill our necessities, but if money is all you are concerned with, then there is a chance you are not being paid enough. If you’ve been working at the same company for years, then you can discuss your pay with the HR department and request them for a raise or simply evaluate your performance. If your workload and pay are not directly proportional and the company takes no interest in raising the wages then you should seriously look into your choices and quit your job.

YOUR COMPANY IS FACING FINANCIAL CRISIS

Some people might want to stay with their organization at the time of crisis to prove their loyalty to it. However, remember your job security is also important. If your company is financially unstable then your job is already at risk. It’s better to quit your job at the right time than drown in the flood. Always keep your alternatives ready, so you could utilize them in critical situations.

YOU DON’T HAVE TIME FOR YOURSELF

If you’re constantly working late hours, going home to find your family asleep at night and leaving home early when they’re asleep, then you immediately need to quit your job and find a one that provides flexible timings so at least you can spend quality time with your friends and family. Because at the end of the day, what’s the point of earning when you can’t spend it on yourself or your loved ones?

YOU HAVE TRUST ISSUES (QUIT YOUR JOB)

quit your job
If you smell something fishy happening under the desks of your office, you might want to consider it seriously and report it to your subordinates. If you’re concerned with the conduct and ethics of your company and have a bad vibe regarding the work in your company then I suggest you quit your job without thinking twice.
You’ve got to be loyal to the profession that provides your family’s bread and butter and if your fellow employees and boss can’t understand that, then you need to cut ties with them.

YOU DON’T SEE YOURSELF IN THE COMPANY’S FUTURE

A sufficient job is a crucial part of our life. But we all have our bad days every now and then and sometimes even a bad week. It is important you enjoy your work and specifically your job, but if you feel like you’re not passionate about your work anymore, you’re not being appreciated for the hard work you put into your work, it’s time you consider to quit your job for real. YOUR BOSS IS GIVING YOU HELL

quit your job
A majority of the people don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses. Your boss’s attitude doesn’t only affect your work routine; in fact, it affects many other aspects of your life too. A good boss serves as a mentor and should be investing in the growth and development of its employees. Whereas, a horrible boss can make work hell for you and If you can’t break through your him, then you should quit your job and save yourself the misery.

YOU’RE NOT APPRECIATED

Being appreciated actually works as a great motivation for employees and encourages them to work harder. But if you feel your efforts and hard work is unappreciated and not receiving the feedback it should be; don’t be dishearten, quit your job and find a one that feels blessed to have your set of skills and appreciates your efforts and rewards you for it.

August 8, 2017  Mindanao Economic Boom
SURIGAO CITY– After the long due plan to revive mining operations in Nonoc, Surigao City, Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc., a conglomerate of San Miguel Corporation has now finally set a schedule for the possible construction of $1.5 Billion nickel processing plant in 2018.
During the Top Frontier Holdings’ Annual Stockhohlders’ Meeting last July 12, 2017, Ramon Ang, president of San Miguel Corporation said that the feasibility study of the proposed plant is ongoing and would be completed before the end of 2017.
“We are now finalizing the feasibility study of the project then the financial study. If the results are positive, we will go for financing and probably start construction by next year,” Ramon Ang said.
Along with the $1.5 Billion nickel processing plant, a 600 megawatt power plant is also proposed near Nonoc mining area to cater the need of energy for the processing plant as well as the host province.
The proposed processing plant is sought to be one of perennial solutions to exporting problem of unprocessed raw minerals of the Philippines. With having this, the country will no longer bring soils abroad to process raw nickels. The processing of nickel minerals is now possible in home.
Once the mining operation is resurged, Surigao City could accumulate an income of around P1 Billion per annum from this activity alone. Plus the city’s income of around P700 million in 2017, it could make the city’s annual income higher than the income of some HUCs in Mindanao. – MEB Admin CARAGA

A Project that will Boost Progress in Mindanao

PRESS RELEASE 14 August 2017
(from Rashid AraƱas Fabricante)
MINDANAO RAILWAY PROJECT TAKES OFF GETS INITIAL FUNDING FROM CONGRESS
Metro Manila --- The Mindanao Rail Project (MRP) is moving on track.
The Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives has recently earmarked an initial amount of Php6.58 billion to jumpstart the project. The amount will primarily fund the first segment, which will run from Tagum – Davao – Digos. The appropriation comes more than a month after the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) approved Phase 1 of MRP, which will cost PHP35.257-Billion via general appropriations.
Committee member and Surigao del Sur Rep. Johnny Pimentel said in a press conference over the weekend that the MRP “is an enormous project” and that it is important that it is “finally taking off and not being kicked around anymore.”
In a statement, Sen. Sonny Angara also hailed the administration for approving Phase 1 of the project, which he said is a dream come true for the people of Mindanao.
"A train system can be a ticket out of poverty for many of them. Cheap, reliable and fast movement of goods would increase incomes and value to products,” said Angara, who is also the Senate’s Ways and Means Committee chairman. “It is also a driver for peace because as communities become interconnected, economies are linked, growth spreads, and travel brings cultural exchanges.”
Phase 1, which is targeted to start construction by the third quarter of 2018, is a 105-kilometer line that is expected to reduce travel time from Davao del Norte to Davao del Sur from 3.5 hours to just 1.3 hours. It will have eight stations: Tagum, Carmen, Panabo, Mudiang, Davao Terminal, Toril, Sta. Cruz, and Digos.
Phase 1 of MRP, the first rail system outside Luzon, forms part of the entire 1,530-kilometer circumferential and spur rail lines that will connect Davao provinces, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, and Zamboanga. It is targeted for completion by 2021.
